The chefs at Bamboo House are aimed at providing you with the flavorful taste of the Sichuan cuisine. Chef William Chu at Bamboo house uses the combination of 24 compound flavors termed as Fu he Wei in order to prepare the flavorful Sichuan cuisine. The seven flavors in this combination are spicy while seventeen other flavors are non-spicy and give a mild taste. The most common ingredient i.e. jiaoyanweixing is a combination of roasted Sichuan pepper and salt. This combination is mostly used in all the Sichuan cuisine by our chefs.
